Caffe Gelato Blog: New Year, New Us! Pizza Oven, Painting, and More!

Now that the holiday season has passed, Caffe Gelato has been hard at work doing some renovations for 2019. If you’ve come to the restaurant recently, you might have gotten a sneak peek. We’re making some cool additions for the new year, and one of them is our upcoming Roman style wood-fired pizza oven! Decorated with gray and charcoal mosaic tiles, this pizza oven will bake some delicious new eats and house-crafted favorites. We’ll also be doing a color touch-up – white painting with darker hardwood floors and new richer, romantic fabric for the booths. Even our gelato counter will be getting a fancy update with marble tiles!
