Thursday September 2 – Tuesday September 7 Veal Short Rib ‘Osso Buco’ served with red wine and roasted garlic jus, rosemary scented polenta, crispy artichoke hearts and an orange parsley germolata.

Thursday September 9 – Tuesday September 14 Lemon Roasted Halal Chicken local, free-range and organic chicken pan roasted with lemon and thyme and finished with a black truffle veloute, served with fork smashed Yukon gold potatoes, vanilla glazed turnips, sautéed broccoli rabe.

Thursday September 16 – Tuesday September 21 Sautéed Brown Trout with braised Swiss Chard and fennel, finished with a chive Cuisson and almond seasoned jasmine rice.

Thursday September 23 – Italian Winemaker Dinner with Villa Calcinaia winemake Count Sebastiano Capponi

Friday September 24 – Tuesday September 28 – Port Wine Braised Lamb Shank seasoned with rosemary and served over pearl-barley risotto Milanese with sautéed citrus and garlic broccoli.

Thursdayday September 30 – Tuesday October 5 – Jumbo Lump Crab Cake –sauteed and served with an acho-chili tomato butter, roasted red pepper and sauteed spinach timbale and root vegetable whipped potatoes.
